Heat Treatment

Heat treatment of structures is becoming popular as an alternative to structural fumigation. Using this process, we find this to be a viable method for killing stored-product insects.

Roasting of Ingredients

Our broad roasting technology range gives us the control we need to define precise flavour characteristics, every time.

Dry Blending

We take customer-defined powder ingredient recipes and blend them. We have a dry-blending facility for mixes.

Gluten-Free Products

We also have a gluten-free facility that produces gluten-free pizza bases and a range of speciality wraps/pizza bases such as hemp, spinach, beetroot and so on. We also produce a range of gluten-free pasta for certain customers.

Vegan Products

We have and currently manufacture a range of vegan products such as vegan chicken, beef, soups and sauces.

Re-Packing

The process of contract re-packing is simple. We convert packaging of powders and food ingredients from one size to another. If you have a product that needs to be packed into another style of package, we can do it for you.

Consumer Packaging

As a contract packaging company, we package finished dry food products into a variety of consumer-sized packages.

We have export licences and are able to assist clients with the export of their products.
