Food safety and Hygiene

Food Safety should be of utmost importance for food manufacturers as safeguarding their customers against food poisoning must remain an absolute priority.  Unfortunately, many smaller food manufacturers do not have the inhouse expertise or are unable afford the level of commitment we have invested in food safety.  Rest assured we will never compromise on this aspect of our business.

 

We are proudly FSSC22000 certified.  This enables us the ability to meet global customer requirements for a GFSI recognised supplier food safety system certification.  FSSC22000 stipulates measurable senior management commitment and requires us to analyse customer requirements, define processes and demonstrate consistent control over identified hazards, updating and improving the system to adapt to changes in process, requirements, or regulations.

 

We have never failed a supplier audit, often conducted by well qualified independent auditors on behalf of our customers.  We run a strict allergen management program and zero glass policy in our factories.  Sustainability remains a priority and where possible we use plant-based packaging and highly recyclable and compostable plastics.

 

Our Quality Control systems exceed industry guidelines as we remain committed to ensuring we consistently produce a range of high-quality foods.

 

We are certified Halaal, Kosher, Organic, Gluten-Free and only utilise RSPO plant-based oils.
